17. Q: I got logged out, and all my accounts are gone. How do I recover them?
A: Congratulations, you’ve triggered Telegram’s spam protection. This might have happened because you were messaging, threatening, scamming someone, or your message looked suspicious. And AyuGram has nothing to do with this. To log back into your account, you’ll need to use the official Telegram app and log in via SMS. If your account was linked to a virtual number, unfortunately, we can’t help you.
And any excuses like “I’m not spamming anyone” or “I didn’t do anything shady” will not be accepted

18. Q: Why everything is black when taking a screenshot or recording the screen?
A: Enable «App Content in Task Switcher — Show Content» in the passcode settings

19. Q: Why are stars cheaper?
A: AyuGram/exteraGram are based on the direct version, unlike Google Play, which takes a commission on purchases

20. Q: You have so many chats/channels, how can I tell which one is the official one?
A: The ✈ icon must appear immediately following the channel or chat name. When clicked, it will display the message: «… is the official resource of exteraGram». This indicator is only visible within the exteraGram and AyuGram clients

21. Q: My session crashed, was it cached?
A: The AyuGram feature that saves your session to the cache after any actions (see p.17), log out of your account

22. Q: AyuGram on iOS?
A: Currently, AyuGram is not available on iOS. If anyone offers it to you, it is a scam (read more)

О: Всё это происходит из-за системы антиспам Telegram (если вы писали, угрожали, скамили кого-то, или же ваше сообщение было подозрительным). И AyuGram тут не причём. Чтобы войти на аккаунт, нужно через официальный Telegram зайти по СМС. Если же у вас был аккаунт на виртуальном номере, к сожалению, помочь ничем не сможем.
Отмазки в стиле я никому не спамлю/никаких махинаций не совершаю — не принимаются

18. В: При снимке/записи экрана всё чёрное?
О: Включите в разделе код-пароль «Просмотр при переключении задач — Показывать»

19. В: Почему звёзды дешевле?
О: AyuGram/exteraGram основаны на direct-версии, в отличие от Google Play, который берёт комиссию с покупок

20. В: У Вас много чатов/каналов, как понять, что он официальный?
О: После названия канала/чата должна присутствовать ✈, при нажатии «… является официальным ресурсом exteraGram» и отображается только в клиентах exteraGram/AyuGram

21. В: У меня вылетела сессия и она была закеширована?
О: Функция AyuGram, которая сохраняет ваш сеанс в кэш после каких-либо действий (см. п.17), выйдите из аккаунта

22. В: AyuGram на iOS?
О: В данный момент на iOS нет AyuGram, если предлагают, то это обман (подробнее)

To write anything in the chat, you must first complete a captcha. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be bypassed or appealed.

To see the rules, you can use the .rules or /rules commands in the chat. If you are unable to send messages, you can do so via the bot.

If you haven't found an answer to your question in the FAQ or the chat, you can contact our technical support.

Do you want to continue chatting in our cozy AyuGram community, or do you believe you were wrongfully restricted (i.e., banned or muted)?
Fill out the form, and we will consider your case¹. You can also submit an appeal through the bot.

We're all human and need our rest. To the point: the chat remains open, but only text messages are allowed (yes, a more relaxed mode).
This rule is in effect from 00:00 to 09:00 MSK (Moscow Standard Time).

And most importantly... Do not DM the admins. And what should you do if you can't find an answer to "your question"?

Поговорим о чате.

Чтобы написать что-то в чат, вы должны пройти капчу, это обязательное условие и это никак не обходится/обжалуется.

Чтобы узнать правила, можно воспользоваться командами в чате .rules или /rules, если нет возможности написать, то в боте.

Если не нашли ответа на свой вопрос в FAQ или в чате, то Вы можете написать в тех. поддержку.

Хотите дальше общаться в уютном чате AyuGram или были незаслуженно ограничены, т.е. забанены или в муте?
Заполните форму и мы подумаем¹, также можно подать апелляцию через бота.

Все мы люди, и также устаём, поэтому всем необходим отдых. К делу, чат открыт, но разрешён только текст (да, более смягчённый режим).
Эта мера действует с 00:00 — 09:00 по МСК.

🍏 Если при попытке открыть/установить клиент система выдаёт ошибку или блокирует приложение, воспользуйтесь одним из предложенных способов.

☐ ​Способ №1: Системные настройки.
• Перейдите в Системные настройки ➝ Конфиденциальность и безопасность.
• Прокрутите страницу вниз до раздела «Безопасность».
• Найдите уведомление: «Приложение AyuGram.app было заблокировано, так как его автор не является установленным разработчиком».
• Нажмите кнопку «Всё равно открыть».
• Введите пароль от вашей учетной записи Mac для подтверждения.

☐ Способ №2: Снятие карантина через Терминал.
• Откройте приложение Терминал (через Spotlight или в папке «Программы» ➝ «Утилиты»).
• Скопируйте и вставьте следующую команду:
xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/AyuGram.app
• Нажмите «Enter».
• Запустите снова AyuGram.

🍏 If the system displays an error or blocks the application when you attempt to open or install the client, use one of the following methods.

☐ Method №1: System settings.
• ​Navigate to System settings ➝ Privacy & Security.
• ​Scroll down to the Security section.
• ​Locate the notification: «AyuGram app was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer».
• ​Click the «Open anyway» button.
• ​Enter your Mac account password to confirm the action.

☐ Method №2: Removing quarantine via Terminal.
• ​Open the Terminal app (via Spotlight or in the «Applications» ➝ «Utilities folder»).
• ​Copy and paste the following command:
xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/AyuGram.app
• Press «Enter».
• Relaunch AyuGram.
