UPDATE: Minneapolis PD say the Annunciation Catholic School shooter has been "contained" and that there is no longer an active threat to the community. The FBI is also on the scene. Witnesses heard a tremendous amount of gunfire. The school includes kindergarten to 8th grade and mass held every Wednesday morning. This is the first week of school.
