«The messenger login can be obtained based on a court sanction and tracked through a specialized technical unit to see where the traffic went, which application, social networks, VKONTAKTE, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, WhatsApp. Everything can be obtained based on internet traffic».

The same person added that obtaining data on IP and geolocation is difficult because Telegram is a foreign service.
