Recently, Telegram added a primary payment method that is expected to become the only one. Currently, bot owners are receiving messages about the need to remove all other payment methods and switch to Stars. Some have already been banned, even those with verification checkmarks.

Continuing the discussion about Stars, let's explore some important aspects:

- Using Other Payment Methods Besides Stars:
The messenger administration hasn't provided exhaustive information on how bots will be checked for alternative payment methods. However, in a warning message, they stated: "Starting from June 12, all payments for digital goods and services in bots and mini-applications must be made exclusively through Telegram Stars."

- Lockout Period of 21 Days:
Due to technical reasons, the stars in your balance may be unavailable for receiving ad credits or rewards for 21 days after receiving them.

- Expiration of Stars:
Stars earned through third-party applications remain valid for 3 years from the date of acquisition. If you don't use the keywords or place ads in Telegram with the accumulated stars during this period, they will be canceled and deducted from your balance.

- Withdrawal Methods:
If you're a developer, you'll soon be able to convert stars to Toncoin via the Fragment platform.

- Future Stars Updates:
Developers plan to add even more features. Users will be able to send gifts to content creators or game developers using stars. Telegram donations in stars will also be introduced soon.
