RT @deaidua: Now that @Jeff21461 has shared some information about the German-funded variant of the 2S22 Bohdana, I'm finally allowed to talk publicly about some details. Per own Ukrainian sources, I can confirm that the howitzer is called Marta and will feature a L39 calibre barrel.
I'm allowed to add that trials in Ukraine started at the end of February 2026 / beginning of March 2026 with the finished product — apart from the obviously shorter barrel and a few other features — looking very similar to the Mod.4 variant used as picture for this tweet. https://twitter.com/Jeff21461/status/2066930186591891551#m

This change came as part of the country's ongoing effort to extend the range of its conventional artillery.
