This change came as part of the country's ongoing effort to extend the range of its conventional artillery.

During the talks at the G7 Summit in France, US President Trump reportedly signaled his willingness to increase pressure on Russia to end its war against Ukraine, in exchange for European help in securing the Strait of Hormuz.
The European officials have emerged "unexpectedly optimistic about their relationship with the White House" after the first day of the G7 Summit, and a bit less nervous about whether next month’s NATO summit in Turkey will go off the rails, two senior EU diplomats told POLITICO.

The team had expected to spend the night in California, but was told after their match that everyone must immediately get on a plane for the 140-mile trip back to Tijuana, Mexico.
