How EVAA's Liquidation Works

When your Health Factor reaches zero, indicating high borrowing risk, your account risks liquidation.

Third Party Liquidators may cover up to 50% of your loan by selling collateral and earn a 12% bounty.

1️⃣Liquidators identify the under-collateralized loan, calculate the needed tokens to cover the gap, and send these tokens to EVAA.

2️⃣EVAA then swaps the borrower's insufficient collateral with the liquidator's tokens, ensuring lenders are compensated and rewarding the liquidator.

3️⃣This liquidation process is managed by the network of liquidation bots (open-source).
