📧 Incident Overview: The attack involved a spear phishing scheme that targeted one of our non-technical team members, resulting in unauthorized access to our account. The team swiftly identified the phishing activities and began responding immediately. However, delays in operational support from the social network slowed down the recovery process.

💡 Important Information: No individuals providing our services were implicated in this incident. We remain fully committed to maintaining the highest security standards for our clients.
