Recently, a Reddit user wrote that all his funds were stolen ☠ from COSS Exchange - https://hacken.live/2PVg0lw
This case is interesting because the hacker stole the funds by brute forcing the 2FA. 🤦‍♂️
It is not yet known why the exchange didn’t prevent themselves from such attack vectors.
