I have two weeks before something very exciting for me, so I decided to turn it into a little challenge 😉

For the next 14 days I’m committing to:

• Daily movement (gym, horses, running, pilates) 💪
• Daily breathing exercises 😮‍💨
• Clean, protein-based meals (no overeating, no sugar, fewer carbs — mindful eating only) 🥗
• Drainage massage 3 times a week 💧
• Face massage 3 times a week

Every evening I’ll share a short recap of what I did that day. So hopefully it’ll motivate you to move, breathe and take better care of yourself too 🫂

I’m really curious to see how much my body and mind can change in just two weeks
Even tho I’ve always been consistent with a healthy lifestyle and regular workouts, incorporating daily breathing, journaling, meditation and massages feels like a key element in truly supporting both my body and mind 🤍

У меня есть две недели до одного очень важного для меня события, поэтому я решила устроить, так сказать, челлендж 🙉

В течение следующих 14 дней я посвящаю себя:

• ежедневному движению (зал, лошади, бег, пилатес) 🏋️‍♀️
ежедневным дыхательным практикам 😮‍💨
• чистому, белковому питанию (без переедания, без сахара, меньше углеводов - осознанное питание) 🥚
• лимфодренажному массажу 3 раза в неделю 💧
• массажу лица 3 раза в неделю 💆‍♂️

Каждый вечер я буду делиться небольшим итогом дня — надеюсь, это замотивирует и вас больше двигаться, дышать и заботиться о себе 💖

Мне очень интересно посмотреть, как может измениться тело и состояние ума всего за две недели

Несмотря на то, что я всегда придерживалась здорового образа жизни и регулярных тренировок, добавление ежедневных дыхательных практик, письма от руки, медитаций и массажей - ощущается как ключевой элемент в заботе и о теле, и о разуме 🧘
