It's time to get to know each other!

Lost Dogs is a generative NFT collection featuring hundreds of thousands of different dogs, each possessing 5 distinct attributes with a range of 11 to 23 properties.

The first pack of 2,222 dogs will be ‘born’ on the Getgems marketplace launchpad at a fixed price of 1 $TON per dog and a limit of 10 dogs per wallet. These launchpad dogs will all have similar levels of rarity.

Once the sale ends, the real fun begins!

The main aim of the game is to pair off your dog in such a way as to breed a new and rarer offspring pup. In a sense, the real minting stage will start once the launchpad sale is finished. Players have to carefully select which dogs to breed with in the hope of minting a rare offspring, whose attributes will be inherited from its parent dogs in a random manner.

As a player, you will have the exciting opportunity to negotiate with other dog owners in order to obtain the rarest offspring. With some luck, you might even get your hands on a dog with exceptionally rare attributes, which can be the basis of a whole new breed of Lost Dog. There will be a queue of players eagerly waiting to breed their dogs with yours, just like in real life, where rare breeds are the most highly valued. 🐕‍🦺🐕🐩🦮

We value the convenience and aesthetics of our game, so we have partnered up with Getgems marketplace to create a new NFT mechanic that allows players to breed their pups directly in the market interface. This feature will also display the entire family tree of any Lost Dog right there on its NFT page, enabling players to check the pedigree of any dog. 🐶

So, how does it all work? 👀
If you want to breed your dogs, simply select two NFTs that you would like to cross within the marketplace interface. Pay the minting fee, and obtain your new dog which will inherit attributes from both its parents.

Important: Dogs can't mate with close relatives, which includes parents and siblings. As well as dogs from different generations.

If you decide to breed your dog with another player’s NFT, Getgems will generate a special link for you to send the owner of the dog. The owner can consent to breeding via this link, and you’ll receive your new offspring.

We could have made things easy but that would be too boring, so here are some rules for merging dogs.

Let’s first mention things that aren't allowed in the canine world:

❌ mixed-generation merging
❌ brother-sister & close family breeding

Things the dogs are down for:

✅ crossbreeding with dogs of the same generation and not of direct kinship!
✅ hanging out in our chat with other dog breeders!
