Китайские металлурги не уверены в будущем - по данным Китайского комитета поставщиков стальной продукции (CSLPC), который ежемесячно вычисляет индекс PMI для национальной металлургической промышленности, его значение по итогам мая составило ровно 50 пунктов, на 2,1 п.п. ниже, чем в предыдущем месяце. Это показывает, что китайский рынок стали, по мнению его участников, находится в промежуточном положении между ростом и спадом.
Как отмечает CSLPC, экологические ограничения сейчас действуют лишь в некоторых городах страны, а все ведущие металлургические компании страны настроены на расширение производства стали.
В то же время, проблемой для отрасли становится рост цен на импортное сырье, прежде всего, железную руду и коксующийся уголь.
⚠️Участники китайского рынка стали также не слишком оптимистично оценивают спрос на стальную продукцию. Субиндекс новых заказов опустился до 46,7 пунктов, что означает ожидание спада, по сравнению с 51,7 пунктов в апреле.
