Having clean hands is one of the simplest and most effective ways to stay healthy and control the spread of #diseases.

#WashYourHands:
Before eating or preparing a meal
After sneezing/coughing
After using sanitary facilities
Upon arriving at work, school or back home
Drugs can save lives, however, they can harm when not taken properly.

Using drugs “anyhow” makes the treatment of infections more difficult.

Visit a healthcare professional when sick of accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Do not self-medicate!
