How select time zone?

To send notifications at the correct time, please set your time zone.

Command /menu > Country/timezone

You have 3 ways:
1. Select region > country > timezone 🌍

Then bot will set right timezone.

How set reminders?

You have 2 ways:
1. Select one of the predefined routines using buttons.
2. Create your personal routine.
For the latter enter timings one-by-one making sure you receive a confirmation reply πŸ‘

Time format is 24h-based 30-minute or hourly intervals such as 09.00, 11.30, 15.30 or 18.00, etc.

To clear reminders press Delete button.

E.g., bot helps to have a habit of doing exercises.
1. It sends notifications in Telegram (obvious).
2. Remember your goal: improve well-being, freedom from pain, belly fat, abs, 6 pack, build muscles, etc (attractive).
3. Bot sends exercises for just 1 minute (easy).
4. Combine exercise with rest from work, drink water and juice, eat fruit (satisfying).

How to break a bad habit

1. Make it invisible
2. Make it unattractive
3. Make it difficult
4. Make it unsatisfying

E.g., how to give up sugar.
1. Remove sugar from the table (invisible).
2. Highlight the benefits of avoiding your bad habits. You want to be healthy and fit (unattractive).
3. Don’t buy sugar in advance. When you want it again, you'll have to go to the shop (difficult).
4. After eating sugar, do a strength workout: push-ups, squats, running up the stairs (unsatisfying).
