I see the questions many of you have about TGE, NFTs, and the long-term direction of the project.

They appear in comments, chats, and even in reactions to our educational content — including criticism like "content for the sake of content." I understand where this sentiment comes from. Uncertainty and a lack of transparency inevitably lead to concern.

So let’s take a pause and talk honestly.

I want to gather all your questions and respond to them openly — about our plans, how the project is evolving, the token, NFTs, and the direction we’re moving in, and why we’re building this at all.

4. What is the purpose of points, games, tasks, and overall activity in Open Academy?

All current activity in Open Academy is meaningful and tracked. Completing courses, tasks, and games earns points, which will be used for OA token reward distribution once the current incentive program concludes.

Important notes:

▸ the current incentive program does not include donation-based mechanics
▸ all points can be earned for free, through learning and activity

The exact allocation of tokens dedicated to this incentive will be announced closer to the end of the season.

For us, the current incentive phase is transitional. It will conclude after the course editor launch, which will become the key growth catalyst for the platform. Following that, Open Academy will enter an active expansion phase.

Simply put: every action you take today accumulates rewards that will unlock at the next official release stage of the project.

5. Will there be an updated roadmap, and what should we expect in 2026?

We do not publish traditional date-based roadmaps. Experience has shown that in fast-moving markets, rigid timelines often create more disappointment than value.
Instead, we share what we are actively building and the order in which features will be released.

Key milestones:

— Open Academy Web Version
Launch of the web platform as part of a multi-platform strategy. Functionally, it will mirror the Telegram version.

— Updated Product Vision
A detailed description of the platform’s architecture, positioning, and long-term development logic.

— NFT Collection & Core Community Formation
Building a community of active contributors involved in shaping the product.

— AI Course Editor Launch (beta v1)
Early access for early supporters and NFT holders. At this stage, the product will be refined together with the community.

— Public Editor Release
The editor becomes available to all users, opening a new phase of platform growth and content expansion.

Our main objective for 2026 is to reach the point where the interactive AI course editor becomes the platform’s core engine, driving scalability and monetization.

6. What real value will the Open Academy token have, and how will it be supported?

We follow a simple principle: a token without a sustainable economic model does not create long-term value.

A key element of our model is the token buyback mechanism. We plan to allocate a portion of the platform’s profits toward market buybacks, ensuring that the value generated by the product is redistributed among ecosystem participants.

Market practice shows that long-term value is driven by:
▸ a strong product
▸ consistent revenue
▸ a clear value-distribution mechanism

The token will also have functional utility, including more favorable access to platform features and participation in ecosystem mechanics.

Our core goal is to scale the Open Academy business through the AI interactive course editor and a sustainable model in which platform growth directly strengthens the token economy.

Detailed tokenomics and business model updates will be published in the updated documentation.

7. Will there be large-scale events or offline activities?

Until the launch of our core product — the AI course editor — we are not planning large-scale events or major announcement campaigns.

Our current priority is building the platform’s foundational product.

After the editor launch and the transition into the active growth phase, we will return to public community-focused formats centered around the live product.

8. Does the project have sufficient financial resources? Are there investors and partners?

To date, the project has raised:

▸ approximately $300k from angels and partners
▸ around $160k of the team’s own capital
▸ about $80k in community support through donations

These resources allowed us to launch the platform, build the team, execute B2B course launches, and establish the product’s core economics.

Currently, Open Academy generates approximately $20k in monthly recurring revenue through B2B partnerships, enabling steady product development and team support.

The project also has active partners and several major partnerships currently in progress that cannot yet be disclosed publicly. Work in this direction continues consistently, even if it is not always visible externally.

9. Which network will the Open Academy token launch on?

At the moment, we are leaning toward launching the token on Base (EVM).

Key selection criteria include:

▸ scalable infrastructure
▸ access to liquidity and DeFi tooling
▸ strong user experience outside Telegram
▸ easy integrations with partners and external products

Base aligns well with our long-term scaling strategy. The final technical decision will be confirmed closer to the TGE and announced publicly in advance.

10. Will users be able to create their own courses?

Yes — this is precisely why we are building the Open Academy course editor.

The editor will allow users to design their own micro-learning experiences and:
▸ launch them inside Telegram bots
▸ embed training into products and services
▸ use the editor as the engine for their own academies
▸ sell courses via direct links
▸ distribute and promote them through the Open Academy course marketplace

Early access will be granted first to the early community and NFT holders, followed by a public release for all users.
