Post Suggestions are in development for iOS, but all mentions of this feature were removed from UI.
My guess is that Telegram wanted to release Gift Marketplace as soon as possible and re-prioritized other features. Perhaps, due to Apple Review.

Last in 11.11, but not the least: Telegram fixed a nasty bug where app becomes unresponsive on iOS 18+, due to enabled Apple Intelligence.

Update to 11.12 in App Store to get CarPlay support and all latest Telegram features, such as Channel Messages, Monoforums, Voice Trimming and more.

Translator was removed in Telegram iOS and Android 11.13 (beta). My guess it's remotely configured now and should be back soon.
Telegram 11.13 will now be able to remotely change Translation service.
Disabled - translation unavailable in UI.
Server - translated on Telegram servers, as usual.
System - translated on device, for example Apple Translation framework.
Alternative - translated from device with Google API.
Alternative mode uses unofficial Google Translator API and uses random user-agents to prevent bans.
