NEW🚨: A new civil lawsuit filed in California accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs, 56, of sexually assaulting a minor actor at a 2007 networking event in the Hollywood Hills, according to ABC News. The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, alleges Combs led him to a private room and assaulted him after offering him a drink. The suit describes the alleged conduct as going “beyond the bound of decency.”

According to the filing, Combs invited the then-minor into a back room under the pretense of discussing “potential opportunities,” including a project he was producing. The plaintiff says that after he began feeling the effects of a beverage Combs gave him, the rapper allegedly began touching him and went on to sexually assault him. The suit does not specify the plaintiff’s exact age, only that he was under 18 at the time.

U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta ruled against two Washington-area residents who sued to stop “UFC Freedom 250,” arguing the administration lacked congressional authorization and that the arena improperly used federal land for a private, for-profit event.

The fights will take place in an octagonal cage inside a 92-foot-tall structure built on the South Lawn, with fighter weigh-ins at the Lincoln Memorial. The event coincides with Trump’s 80th birthday and is billed as part of celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of America’s founding. More than 4,000 spectators are expected.
