Improved "Messages to Channels" Feature
In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.13 (30945), users can specify the number of stars they are willing to pay and set the desired publication time when sending a message to a channel.
To do this, tap the button💬 in the message input field. The suggested post will display an information block at the top, showing the cost and time.
The channel administrator can suggest changes in the text, as well as in the price and time of publication.
The feature is still in development and currently works only on the test server. Its functionality may change in the future.

Collaborative To-Do Lists
The beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.13 (30945) introduces the ability to create to-do lists.
Each list may contain up to 30 tasks and their creation is available in both personal and group chats.
When created in a group, there are additional options:
• Collaborative tasks. You may allow all participants to add new tasks.
• Collaborative status management. You may also allow other users to mark and unmark tasks as “completed”. In this case, the avatar of the person who completed the task is displayed next to the check mark.
