The Beta version of Telegram for Android lets you create "topics" inside group chats.
Topics are several small subchats within a group, in each of ones chat members will be able to join all sorts of discussions.
What is already known about topics:
โข Topics will only be available to groups with more than 200 members.
โข Topics cannot be activated in channel-linked groups yet.
โข Most likely, only the owner of the group will be able to activate topics in the group.
โข Any user emoji can be set as an avatar for a topic (Premium subscription required).
โข If desired, topics can be closed, reopened, or deleted.
โข You can set your own notification conditions for individual topics within a group.
โข Users will be able to view any threads after joining a group.
โข There is a switch for topics management in the chat members permissions settings.
Topics are currently in the testing phase, so there may be quite a few more feature-related changes by the time of release.
At the moment, topics are partially functional only on the Telegram test server.

Improved "Messages to Channels" Feature
In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.13 (30945), users can specify the number of stars they are willing to pay and set the desired publication time when sending a message to a channel.
To do this, tap the button๐ฌ in the message input field. The suggested post will display an information block at the top, showing the cost and time.
The channel administrator can suggest changes in the text, as well as in the price and time of publication.
The feature is still in development and currently works only on the test server. Its functionality may change in the future.
