Improved "Messages to Channels" Feature
In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.13 (30945), users can specify the number of stars they are willing to pay and set the desired publication time when sending a message to a channel.
To do this, tap the button๐ฌ in the message input field. The suggested post will display an information block at the top, showing the cost and time.
The channel administrator can suggest changes in the text, as well as in the price and time of publication.
The feature is still in development and currently works only on the test server. Its functionality may change in the future.

The beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.13 (30945) introduces the ability to create to-do lists.
Each list may contain up to 30 tasks and their creation is available in both personal and group chats.
When created in a group, there are additional options:
โข Collaborative tasks. You may allow all participants to add new tasks.
โข Collaborative status management. You may also allow other users to mark and unmark tasks as โcompletedโ. In this case, the avatar of the person who completed the task is displayed next to the check mark.

The audio file will be added to the userโs public playlist, visible to anyone viewing their profile.

Withdraw TON From Personal Balance Via Fragment
Users of Beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.15 have gained the ability to withdraw TON from their personal balance through the Fragment platform.
TON ends up on the personal balance when, for example, a user sells a gift not for Stars but for the cryptocurrency. This balance is separate from channel balances.
To initiate a withdrawal, users must enter their Two-Step Verification password. As with other types of interactions with Fragment, completing KYC verification will likely be required to receive funds.

Note: At the moment, video chats do not retain message history โ all comments during the stream disappear shortly after being sent. Itโs unclear whether this behavior will change in the future.

Text Notes for Contacts
In the Beta version of Telegram for iOS 12.1 (31369), users can now add text notes to their contacts.
The maximum note length is 128 characters, and emojis are supported.
Comments added to a profile are visible only to you.
You cannot leave a note on the profile of a user who is not in your contact list.
