Chat header blur effect settings

The Beta-version of Telegram for Android now allows you to configure the properties of the background blur effect in the app bar. To open the blur settings, you need to tap and hold the chat header. The sliders allow you to adjust the saturation, transparency and blur intensity. It seems like it's a temporary feature indented for testing the new effect and it won't make it to the stable version.

The blur effect will only be available on high-end devices. If your device is considered as such, an appropriate switch will appear in the chat settings.
