Advanced text formatting in Telegram X

The beta version of Telegram X for Android version 0.25.10.1643 received advanced text formatting.

To use it, you need to select the text and click on the icon to the left of the text input field.

In addition to text formatting, the tool allows you to translate already entered text into other languages.

Privacy Settings for bio in Telegram X

Telegram X for Android was updated to version 0.26.1.1665 Beta

What's new
• The "Clear channel history" button was moved into the three-dot menu in channel settings.
• Recent Actions now allows making screenshots, but only if forwarding wasn't disabled.
• Added a hint to explain that anonymous admins can't leave reactions or vote, when a user tries to do so.

Bug fixes
• Fixed the problem that prevented bots from being added into block list when a user tried to do so.
• Fixed search query highlighting next to control characters.
• Improved post view counter updates.
• Other minor fixes and power efficiency improvements.

Experimental Settings in Telegram X

The Beta version of Telegram X for Android now has an "Experimental Settings" section.

To switch them on, you need to open the settings, scroll to the end of the list and tap the version number. Next steps are shown in the screenshots.

Currently in this section you can switch on the ID display in users/groups/channels profiles and folders.

Select a Folder in Telegram X When Forwarding a Message

In Telegram X, you can select the folder where destination chat is located.

In Telegram for Android, there is no folder selection in a similar screen. However, you can forward messages with folder selection via the pop-up menu.

The Telegram X app can now display tables in articles. Previously, you could not open Instant View in the client if an article contained table.
