Good morning 🌞

I feel like daily report is too overwhelming. I’ll better do a detailed recap at the end of this week of what I’ve done for my health (physical and mental) 🌱

So far:
I FINALLY started sleeping well, almost 10 hours 🥳
For a long time I slept on average 7 hours (just couldn’t sleep more, no matter what time I go to sleep).

Getting back to myself and listening to my body more carefully 🤍

(After horse riding and gym my whole body is in pain, barely can walk ahaha, but it’s such a pleasant pain)

My first YouTube VLOG was released today 🤍 I’m soooo excited for this journey!
