🤖 Adding Guard Bots to channels.

You can add a Guard Bot to a channel to handle join requests or present a captcha to users. Join request approval can be enabled in both private and public channels (same applies to groups).

When joining a channel, a user is presented with a WebApp where they must complete actions configured by the bot owner (similar to how it works in groups).

Channel and group settings will also show who is managing join requests.

Chats and channels with join requests enabled can now add a Guard Bot. When a user submits a join request, the bot can open a WebApp where the user must complete a captcha or any other checks configured by the bot owner before being allowed in.

📱 In recent Telegram Beta updates for iOS and Android, a new «Thinking» block was added to Rich Messages for bots.

This is a temporary block displayed while a bot is generating a response. It disappears automatically once the message has been generated successfully.

😋 Telegram Ads is preparing an internal RP rating system for ad moderators.

New RP badges have appeared in the code. They can be shown next to ads during moderation. Judging by the implementation, the server returns ready-made rp_html, which is then inserted directly into the ad card.

Several color-coded levels currently exist:

— green (rp-h)
— blue (rp-b)
— orange (rp-m)
— red (rp-l)

Most likely, this is an internal indicator for an ad or advertiser — for example, reputation, risk level, or moderation priority. In other words, moderators may see not only the ad status, but also an extra badge that helps quickly understand whether an ad looks normal or requires additional attention.

This feature is not visible to regular users or advertisers — it appears to be an internal part of Telegram Ads moderation.
