Telegram has updated its FAQ regarding requests under EU Regulation 2021/784 (Terrorist Content Online Regulation).
In the updated version, a new line has been added stating that requests can be accepted in English and French. All other instructions remain the same.

The new Telegram Beta v11.14.1 update also a few improvements:
— An emoji👁 now appears next to the line indicating your gift is hidden in your profile.
— Fixed the display of the transaction for paying to search posts by keywords in global search.
— Added a preview of your future rating after pending points are applied.
📛 Also regarding the rating. If you send a gift to user and they convert it into stars, you will lose the number of points equal to the stars they got from the conversion (e.g. if the gift is worth 25 stars but they get 21 stars from it, you lose 21 points).

I advise Android users to check out the APK version of Telegram, where updates are released faster than in the app market.
Some features don’t roll out to everyone at once. Telegram waits until most users update the app, then enables them a bit later.
