There is no official Telegram sticker pack about updates. These stickers come from Telegram’s log channel, where all their drafts are published — and this sticker actually appeared a long time ago, back when the Telegram Blog published.

By the way, that sticker shows «Offers», which Telegram recently added — the Duck is giving away its money to buy a Plush Pepe.

Does he really think people wouldn’t believe it’s actually him? 🧐

Also, according to Telegram’s verification rules, you can’t verify a personal account — only a channel, group, or bot. So once again, Durov is bypassing Telegram’s rules 😐

🎁 In the new Telegram Beta for iOS 12.3 (31989), you can now view gift models not only for auction gifts, but also for regular ones that have upgrades.
When you tap the «Upgrade» button, a preview screen appears with an explanation about NFT gifts, along with a new «View all variants» button.
