— Time tags.
When you send messages with time references like "tomorrow will be much warmer"  or "February 24 will be much warmer", the words "tomorrow"  and "February 24"  will be highlighted. You’ll be able to set a reminder in Telegram or add it to your device’s calendar.

— Copying, forwarding, and saving restrictions in private chats.
Previously, content protection was available in channels, groups, Secret Chats, and bots (via the Bot API). Now it’s also available in regular one-on-one private chats.

You can enable it by opening the user’s profile, tapping the three dots, and selecting «Disable Sharing».

Users you chat with will be notified when this feature is enabled/disabled.

— Group tags.
In groups, the founder is now marked in purple, while admins are shown in green. The founder or an admin can assign a custom tag to any user in the chat. Having a tag doesn’t grant admin rights — it’s just a label.

If the «Edit Own Tags» permission is enabled, users can set or edit their own tag, but they won’t be able to change anyone else’s.

If a group allows users to set their own tags, they’ll automatically be prompted to choose one when joining.

— Premium emoji in WebApps.
Bot WebApps can now display Premium emoji in their buttons — specifically in the «MainButton» and «SecondaryButton».

— Redesigned login widget and new Web Login features in the BotFather App.

— Using blockchain gifts for crafting.
You can use gifts that were previously on the blockchain for crafting, but they can’t be placed in the first slot — meaning their numbers can’t be transferred to the crafted gift.

— Adding captions to GIFs.
Long-press a GIF while sending it to add a caption before it goes out.

— Minor design tweaks in Telegram for Android.
The profile tab bar is now rounded and features a liquid glass effect.
When editing photos or videos before sending, the interface elements are more rounded as well.

— Time stamps in polls.

— Displaying gift numbers on the profile, not just pinned ones.

— Edit stickers that aren’t from your own packs.

No — it’s just a bug. The 21-day transfer cooldown has been reintroduced for some gifts. Because of this, some users listed gifts for 125 Stars that can’t actually be purchased in any way. There may also be ads for scam projects mixed in.
